Tinariwen announce new album Amatssou
14.03.2023Tinariwen announce their new album Amatssou today with the first single and music video for ‘Tenere Den’, directed by Alexis Jamet. The song pays homage to the Tuareg revolution in the Kel Adagh region of Mali, and the video features bright, textured animation to articulate the poignant lyrics. Amatssou is set for release on May 19th via Wedge on limited edition white vinyl, alongside standard black vinyl, CD + digital. It’s their first new studio album since 2019’s Amadjar.
